The Mount Baker Clubhouse is the perfect venue for a wide range of events. Whether you're planning a wedding, a business off-site, or a private party, our historic space offers flexibility and charm to make your event unforgettable.

Rental prices include the use of our full AV system including projectors, microphones, and speakers.

All rentals include the use of our tables and chairs. Our rental manager will work with you to create the perfect floor plan for your event, and our team will set them up, and make sure they are ready for you when you arrive.

You are welcome to bring in any caterer you choose, or use the Kitchen as needed for your own food preparation. We have a recommended vendor list that includes caterers and event rental companies so you can find every thing you need to create the perfect event.

Our kitchen has 3 ovens, a 5 burner range and access to 2 full size refrigerator/freezers. The space can be closed off for privacy, or open to use for service.

Ballroom = $310/hr
Conference Room = $160/hr
Whole Building = $350/hr
Off Peak: Monday - Friday
Ballroom = $220/hr
Conference Room = $140/hr
Whole Building = $245/hr

Peak Package (Saturdays & Sundays) = $2,800: 8 Hours - includes use of the whole building, PA system (w/wireless microphones), Projector w/screen, WiFi, tables and chairs.
Off-Peak Package (Monday - Friday) = $1,960: 8 Hours - includes use of the whole building, PA system (w/wireless microphones), Projector w/screen, WiFi, tables and chairs.

Our Spaces
The Ballroom
The Ballroom spans 44.5 ft by 61 feet (2715 sq ft), with a capacity of 250 for standing events or 160 for seated dining. Perfect for weddings, large gatherings, or corporate events.
The Conference Room
At 40 feet by 26.25 feet (1050 sq ft), the Conference Room accommodates 50 standing or 35 seated, making it an ideal space for workshops, off-sites, and more intimate events.
Need the entire space?
Combine both rooms to host larger events with full access to all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, AV systems, and WiFi.
