The SilverSneakers FLEX program brings fitness, fun and friends right to your neighborhood! And, it’s FREE for SilverSneakers members. STRENGTH & BALANCE a low-impact class to help improve flexibility and balance while increasing muscular endurance. Strength exercises include using your own body’s resistance while also using your core muscles to improve balance and stability. The SilverSneakers FLEX program is tailored specifically to the Medicare- eligible population. Seniors 65+ on Medicare may qualify for FREE membership. T'ai Chi
Monday • 7:00pm -8:00pm with Connie Coffman
T'ai Chi, sometimes referred to as meditation in motion is a gentle internal style Chinese martial art practiced today primarily for its health benefits which include calming the mind while exercising the body. T'ai Chi class is held Monday evenings from 7:15pm - 8:15pm (10 week sessions). Beginners through advanced students are welcome. Classes include meditation, practice of the Yang form and gentle conditioning exercises.
Fee: $10 for trial class. 10 week session $150 minus $15/class that will be missed.

SongBird Music Together

Songbird Music Together classes are for infants - 5 year olds and their parents/grandparents/caregivers. Each 45 minute weekly class includes singing, rhyming, playing rhythm instruments and movement in a fun, non-performance environment. Fee for 10 weekly 45 minute classes, CD, code to download the music, Songbook, Musical Developmental Growth Chart and Introductory DVD is $225 which may be divided into two payments. Reduced fee available if needed.

5Rhythms Movement - In Session through July 20th. Fall session starts September 14th.

You are invited to drop in for this spiral dance ~ exactly as you are ~ in this moment. Developed by Gabrielle Roth and practiced around the world, the 5Rhythms® is a dynamic and catalytic movement method, which moves and transforms that which ails you and opens the possibility for new and imaginative ways of being.
It is conscious dance, free form within a loosely held structure. No steps to learn, just a willingness to move and be moved. Set to music from all around the world, encompassing all genres and eras. It is fun, adventurous and compelling ~ a way to drop out and check in.
