A cherished tradition since 1971, the Mount Baker Home Tour returns this December with a stunning showcase of architectural treasures. From stately historic residences to newly remodeled gems and charming family homes, this year’s tour promises to inspire and delight. Mark your calendars and be part of this wonderful neighborhood event!

Homes will be open for touring 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Advance tickets are $35 per person, no children under age 10 or animals permitted.

Funds raised from the Home Tour will go to programs and services that support the Mount Baker Community Club’s mission to serve as the heart of the Mount Baker Community. If you already have the club on your list and have already given, or plan to give $500 or more before December 5th, 2025 you are eligible for one FREE ticket to the Home Tour! You can donate by clicking here, or by sending a donation to the address below and we will be in touch regarding your free ticket.

Advance ticket sales will end on December 5th at 9pm. Day of tickets will be $45/person. You can purchase day of tickets at the Community Club, 2811 Mount Rainier Drive S.

Participants will be asked to agree to a Mount Baker Community Club Activity Participant Waiver and Release form at time of ticket purchase.

NOTES FOR TICKET HOLDERS:

- You will need to pick up your shoe bag, map and ticket at WILL CALL in front of the Mount Baker Community Club at - 2811 Mount Rainier Drive S.

- Your name will be listed in alphabetical order by the FIRST NAME given at time of ticket purchase. Please check your PayPal receipt if you are not sure.

- WILL CALL is open 8:50am - 3pm. Homes close promptly at 4pm, so please give yourself time to enjoy them!

- Each ticket purchased includes a shoe bags, wristband, and program with map.

- All participants will be required to take their shoes off at each home.

- Wristbands must be visible at all times in order to enter and view the homes.

- Homes can be viewed in any order you prefer.

- A comfort station with drinks, cookies, and use of bathrooms will be available at the Community Club throughout the event.
