The 2007 Mount Baker Home Tour will be held Saturday, December 8th from 10 am to 5 pm.  This year tickets will be available for presale on the internet and at Urban Vines in Mount Baker, and also sold the day of the tour at the Clubhouse.  Tickets feature descriptive information about each home and a walking map.

A Home Renovation Fair will be held in the Clubhouse throughout the day.  The Renovation Fair will provide a venue offering advice from experts and an array of vendor resources covering the spectrum of the home renovation process for period homes.

As a self supported neighborhood clubhouse since 1909, the Mt. Baker Home Tour is a community fundraising event that offers the public an opportunity to view the interiors of just a few of the many unique homes that exemplify the variety of home styles found in the Mount Baker neighborhood.  As the primary fundraiser for the Mt. Baker Community Clubhouse, this event brings friends and neighbors together to work, socialize, and raise the necessary money to support our numerous events, activities, and the maintenance of the building.

Tickets purchased before Nov. 15th can be purchased at a 20% discount. Thereafter, tickets will be priced at $20 per person, so pick up your tickets early. Cash ticket purchases can also be made in-person at Urban Vines located at 3605 S. McClellan St.
